The other day I saw the banana was selling at $1.99/kilo, how can I not buy some?!?! =P I left the bananas out on the kitchen bench for about a week for them to 'rot' a bit. I know this doesn't sound too good, but that's how you get the banana flavour into your banana bread! And finally last nite, I went and did some baking, and made some banana bread for this morning as breakfast!
To be honest, I've tried quite a few banana bread recipe, but none had really satisfied me so far. So I don't bother putting up the recipe I used for this one. I just can never get that nice tall shape, and that even dense texture! So if any of you out there that have a really good banana bread recipe, and knows any tricks, please please please let me know!!!
